| In 2008, NETServices, LLC was contracted by CAID Industries to be part of the team responsible for coordination and installation of a large piece of art created by renowned international artist Janet Echelman. The art work, named "Her Secret is Patience" is displayed at the new Phoenix Civic Space Center and is the Focal Point of the park and a new landmark for the city itself. The piece is suspended by a giant armature 110' in the air and hangs down as intended resembling a desert flower of the region. NETServices crews installed the piece using a 30 ton crane and two 135' personnel lifts over a period of several weeks to allowing for fine tuning and adjustment of the piece to meet the Artists and Cities expectations. This is the second art project NETServices has been involved in (see City of Richmond - 2010 Olympics) and we are proud to have been a part of the successful effort of something that has never been done to this size and visibility in North America. |
