Getting Started
Where does NETServices work?
NETServices provides specialty netting design, installation, maintenance and repair nationwide. Share your facility location when contacting us so we can discuss site access and project coordination.
What types of netting projects do you handle?
We work on golf and driving range netting, baseball barriers and batting cages, landfill litter containment, bird exclusion and specialty installations such as zoo enclosures, stadium scrim and suspended net art.
What information do you need for a quote?
Start with the facility location, what the netting needs to do, approximate length and height, and photographs of the area. Include available drawings, existing support details, access restrictions and your desired schedule. We can discuss what additional information is needed as the scope develops.
Can you help if we do not have a design yet?
Yes. We can help develop a layout and installation approach around your site and intended use, and coordinate engineering requirements with the project team. Visit Structural Engineering & Design for more about the planning process.
Design & Installation
How is netting height determined?
Height depends on the application, site layout and the area you need to protect. Golf and baseball projects may benefit from trajectory studies. Local height restrictions and permitting can also affect the design, so there is no single height that fits every project.
Will the project need engineering or permits?
Requirements depend on the location, jurisdiction and scope. Pole systems, foundations and attachments may require project-specific drawings and calculations. NETServices coordinates with the project team and engineering partners; permit responsibilities and required deliverables should be established during planning.
Can existing poles or supports be reused?
Possibly. Their condition, original design and the proposed netting layout need to be reviewed first. A taller system or a change in material or coverage can change the demands on the supports. Available drawings and site photos are useful starting points.
How long will installation take?
The schedule depends on system size, site conditions, engineering and permit requirements, material availability, equipment access and weather. Share any opening dates or operating restrictions early so scheduling can be addressed in the proposal.
Can the facility remain open during installation?
That depends on where work takes place and whether the work area can be safely separated from normal operations. We coordinate access, equipment movement and any needed work-area closures with the facility team before installation.
How do you choose the netting material?
Selection starts with the application and what the system needs to contain, exclude or screen. Mesh size, exposure, visibility, support details and maintenance needs all matter. Explore our materials guide for netting, rope, mesh and pole-system options.
Care & Warranties
Do you repair systems or only install new ones?
We provide repair, maintenance and replacement services as well as new installations. Send photos of damaged netting, cables, hardware or supports and describe the problem. The appropriate repair depends on the condition of the system and whether its layout or use has changed.
How long does netting last, and what maintenance is needed?
Service life varies with the material, weather exposure, use and condition of the installation. Netting, cables, hardware and attachment points should be checked for damage and wear. Inspection and maintenance needs should be discussed for your particular system, including after storms, impacts or nearby construction.
What warranty or guarantee applies to my project?
Warranty coverage and applicable guarantee terms are provided with the project proposal or bid. Review those terms for the materials, installation scope and conditions that apply to your job. Contact us if you need clarification before proceeding.
